This home first went on the market in early July and was sold at Auction on the 12th of August.

The sale had some difficulties as the above mentioend were beneficiaries of their deceased sister.

 Our association with Leo Tsimpikas Real Estate commenced in 2003 when we placed our Hill End unit with the agency's rental manager.

For the entire time that our unit was listed with Leo Tsimpikas Real Estate we were always completely satisfied with the service we received.  Our unit was always rented quickly, and we were ver happy with the quality of tenants selected.  Rents were always up to date, inspections occurred regularly, the property was well maintained and we were kept informed as to all developments concerning our investment.

 Recently we decided to place our unit on the market, and contacted Leo to arrange its sale.  Leo was extremely helpful in advising us with regards to the state of the real estate market in the local area, and was able to assist us in the establishment of a reasonable price range.

A contract was signed for the unit within one week of our initial appointment with Leo, and we were very happy with the price.  Throughout the settlement process Leo and his staff continued to inform us of and assist us with proceedings.  Settlement occurred on the specified date and we received the balance of our rental account within a matter of days.
