We offer a number of rental payment solutions, they are as follows:

INTERNET TRANSFER INTO OUR TRUST ACCOUNT

Your reference: (your property address)*

*Please note that without a reference, payments cannot be processed or run the risk of being processed incorrectly

Please contact our office for account details or refer to your Lease sign-up documentation titled ‘Payment Options’

IN PERSON AT ANY BANK of QLD BRANCH
Direct credit deposits can be made at any Bank of Qld branch using our deposit book. To pay your rent using this option, please contact us for a tenant deposit book.

IN PERSON AT OUR OFFICE
Payments can be made at our office, located at 128 Boundary Street, West End, using Bank Cheque or Money Order made payable to ‘Leo Tsimpikas Trust Account’

POST
Payments can be posted via mail to our office at 128 Boundary Street, West End, Qld 4101, or P O Box 5178, West End, Qld 4101 using Bank Cheque or Money Order made payable to ‘Leo Tsimpikas Trust Account’
